The spectrum of light emitted by medium pressure lamps usually comprises a number of wavelengths. Doping can be used to reinforce certain of the emission ranges. The broadband spectrum they offer makes them suitable for many jobs besides disinfection - the curing of paints and lacquers, for instance, or photochemical tasks.
They are typically used in furniture manufacture, print- ing, the pharmaceutical industry, and in situations where water and liquid waste treatment involves large throughputs or poor transmission. Those we supply are in wattages up to 40 kW.
